Ingredients: mixed root vegetables, tomato, onion, vegetable stock(sea salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein, potato starch, palm oil, vegetables 8% (celery, onions, carrots, leeks) lactose, spices, (turmeric, white pepper, garlic, mace, nutmeg) parsley, lovage), garlic, spices, herbs, olives, preserved lemons (lemons, salt), salt, pepper.
Cooking instructions: de-frost; pre-heat oven to 180c (Fan). Pierce film and cook for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
