Tender pieces of chicken breast cooked with coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves and green chilli, finished with baby corn and green beans. (Serves 2)
Ingredients: chicken, coconut milk, green chilies, kaffir lime, shallots, lemon grass, garlic, coriander, spices, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), ginger, green beans, baby corn, palm sugar.
Cooking instructions: de-frost; pre-heat oven to 180c (Fan). Pierce film and cook for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
