Wilted spinach and ricotta cheese, on a roasted portobello mushroom, wrapped in filo pastry and topped with tomato and parmesan.
Ingredients: spinach, mushroom, ricotta cheese, tomato, Grana Padano cheese, filo pastry (Wheat Flour, Water, Corn Starch, Humectant (Glycerol), Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flour Treatment Agents (L-Cysteine), Butter.
Cooking instructions: pre-heat oven to 190c (Fan). Place on a baking tray, lined with greaseproof paper. Cook for 10 minutes, or until piping hot.
