Ingredients: red lentils, coconut milk, spinach, tomato, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, spices, herbs, lemon juice.
Cooking instructions: de-frost; pre-heat oven to 180c (Fan). Pierce film and cook for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
